Donald Trump’s twitter ruled as official presidential statements

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said Trump’s tweets were considered “official statements by the president of the United States”.
The president’s @realDonaldTrump Twitter account has 33.7m followers, while the official @POTUS account has 19.3m.

Trump’s twitter account has attracted law suits, comedy sketches and now even a museum with his tweets framed and hung on the wall as art gallery style pieces.
